This biggest plant will produce 1,300 MW of clean solar energy. This electricity production will provide the clean energy to more than 800,000 homes in southern California with 3.7 billion Kilo watts.

The solar energy technology which will be in use is the Luz Power technology when thousands of small mirrors will reflect the sun light directly to steam production boiler on the top of the main tower. The boiler will get heated during the sun hours and produce the energy for the electricity.

The plant production is to be started at 2010 and start manufacturing green and clean electricity since 2013 with no time limit.
