Alternative power sources such as Hydro power and sun power is in use all over the world. The advantages of this alternative power production are well known and more investments are taking place. Together with sun and water, the win power manufacturing is growing and the near future will design the far to come regarding the wind power production.

Today, united stats are the biggest country in the world which produces wind power energy, more than any other European country and Asian. These markets, Asia, the European Union and the US are the markets where the last year shows high growth rate. These countries will also continue to grow in investments and plant built in order to reach the goal of 200 Giga Watts from win power, until 2013.

The win energy market is maybe not the largest among the alternative power productions, but its raising fast. Big companies are not investigating the markets and build more and more infrastructures for win turbines and wind power plants. General Electric is just one good example.

Together with major companies from Spain, China, Germany and others, GE and the alternative power markets around the world, the common idea is of course to reduce pollutions and CO2 emissions, to save the environment and to produce clean and green power.

Greenpeace Australia and renewable energy

In Australia, Greenpeace activists are working hard to convince the government not to continue to use coal for power production, but to try all alternative power technologies such as solar, geothermal and sun power.

Lately, the Australian published the updated Renewable Energy Industry Development Program which is the major plan for the continent. Unfortunately, the power production plans id to keep on with the polluted solutions. This is the point where the public pressure can help and make the change.

The need of renewable energy sources is one of the main issues for all green activists because it’s taking part in many ecologic issues. First of all is the great CO2 pollution caused from the coal burn. Second is the nature sources such as coal, oil and gas which are vanished. Third id of course the need to recycle the energy we are using and to know how to use the sun light, wind power and seas to produce energy. Australia has all these sources, just need to decide to use them

(Pic, AFT)

This picture is saying it all; the Greenpeace activists are flying above the power station in New South Wales trying to say something very clear – save the planet. Saving the climate is most about the global warming which is caused from the coal energy

The Biggest plant has just about to be built in California; it will save us from breathing more than two million tons of CO2 every year. This is 99% good news for the environment, for the people who are living around and for the economy. Every Kilo watt of clean energy, is pure victory for the environment.

This is how the top of the Luz Power sees the mirrors:

Its true, to build it, to manufacture the parts and transport the employees and materials will also pollute and damage the environment, but for the long term, this is great solution for the environment. This biggest plant will produce 1,300 MW of clean solar energy. This electricity production will provide the clean energy to more than 800,000 homes in southern California with 3.7 billion Kilo watts.

The solar energy technology which will be in use is the Luz Power technology when thousands of small mirrors will reflect the sun light directly to steam production boiler on the top of the main tower. The boiler will get heated during the sun hours and produce the energy for the electricity.

The plant production is to be started at 2010 and start manufacturing green and clean electricity since 2013 with no time limit.
